Checkout: Log in to your account or enter your shipping and billing information as a guest.

Place your order: Enter your payment details and click “Place Order.” We recommend printing the confirmation page for your records.
International Customers & Privacy
When you place an order, your personal information is transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. We use high encryption standards to protect your data. By ordering, you consent to this transfer.

Return Policy (30 Days)
You may return any item within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of the item price. (Original shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.)

Return labels are available for customers in the US and UK. A fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund if you use our label.

We understand you may need to open items to try them. As long as the item is not used excessively, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages (unless we made an error).

Additional Policies

Waiting List: If an item is out of stock, enter your email in the “Notify Me” box. You will be notified automatically when it is back in stock.

Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately and keep all packaging materials. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Cancellations: Due to our automated system, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. However, if a “Cancel” option appears in your Order History, you may cancel it at that time.
